Spring provides a special opportunity to move more and get more fresh air outdoors. Gardening, mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, relaxing, barbequing, playing, fishing, boating, golfing, riding, swimming, exploring, traveling, are just some of the things that Spring bring. All of these activities involve movement and opportunities to become healthier.
