Growth & Problem Solving

In order to grow we must stay open to possibilities, play and take some comfort in the unsteadiness of the moment. We must rest assured that growth is happening and that we will like what comes next. Growth is related to problem solving. We know we feel better after we solve a problem, we physically relax and may even celebrate. As Einstein said no problem can be solved from the same consciousness that created it.

We need to have courage to be creative. As we venture into the unknown, we gain self-confidence and courage to venture again and farther. Going where we haven’t gone before is almost a daily requirement because we are constantly faced with situations or problems we have never encountered or previously resolved.

The Process

Creativity is a process, which means it’s always moving, evolving, changing. It is not a static linear process with precise steps and there is no one right answer. There are many answers just as there are many questions along the way. Our ability to make personal adjustments necessary throughout life depends on our creative problem solving skills.
