Creative Solutions
Most worry and anxiety are created by our imaginations and consist of False Events that Appear to be Real. Even though we long for something better, the need for approval and the comfort of the familiar may often be far stronger than the desire to do what is really wanted. It takes a positive focus and action towards a creative solution to ease worry and anxiety.

Maslow & Creativity
I really enjoy Abraham Maslow’s work and thought I would share a couple of thoughts from him. Maslow (1987) declared that science must account for all reality, not just the tidy, sequential portions of it. I think the same is true for education. Maslowmischievously said that science could be defined as a technique whereby noncreative people can create (Maslow, 1971). Makes ya think.

Research, in general, has not yet shown that measuring intelligence is a good predictor of real world success. Self-confidence, persistence, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being are also important elements of a creative and successful life.
